Making A Purchase
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Once orders are processed and goods are ready for despatch we have a few shipping options:
Default shipping charges for all UK mainland orders is £5.00+ VAT. Orders received with the default applied means that we will use either Parcelforce 48hr or Royal Mail depending on the size and weight of the parcel. UK mainland customers can also choose a 24hr delivery service option during checkout for an addtional cost if required. Please note this does not guarantee a next day delivery from receipt of your order, it is a 24hr delivery service from when we despatch.
Small orders that can be sent by Large Letter post will be charged at £5.00 + VAT – your invoice will detail the final shipping charge.
For UK customers outside the mainland, default courier charges are applied during checkout, however if the order can be sent via Royal Mail, then the postage will be reduced accordingly. You can always call us or email for a quote first.
Post/freight for overseas orders is charged at cost.
Where shipping is £10.00 standard (insured £50.00) this is to indicate that we will calculate the correct shipping charge once your order is received as it depends on the size and weight of the parcel required.
Let us know in the special delivery instructions if you have a deadline you are trying to make, as we always do our best to deliver on time.
UK orders once goods are prepared and ready are despatched according to the delivery service selected by the customer (24hr or 48hr). If you need goods urgently it is always advisable to call us to see what we can achieve for you.
European orders are 5-8 Day European insured to (£50.00) and other International orders are generally received within 7-10 working days from date of despatch.
We usually wait until orders are complete before despatch, except where the waiting time for a particular item is likely to be long. You will always be emailed where there is a waiting time of more than 10 working days with the option to back order the outstanding item and part despatch.
All our products are subject to VAT for orders made from the UK or the European Union. The standard rate of 20% VAT is applied. All customers in the European Union have to pay UK VAT unless VAT registered, but all goods sent directly overseas to non-EU destinations are zero-rated.
Credit Card Security
When an order is placed at our website, you will be taken to SAGE PAY website to enter your credit/debit card details. SAGE PAY is our ecommerce payment service provider, their website is fully secure and ensures we comply with the latest credit/debit card fraud prevention regulations. Your card data is not sent back to us and is not written in clear text on any website.

Any orders received damaged or incorrect must be notified to us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
If you wish to return goods correctly despatched for any reason, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods. These goods can only be returned if they are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and resaleable condition. We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to return goods there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods.
You must return the goods to us at your cost to our premises: EYEdentity Products, The Manor House, Church Hill, Saxmundham. IP17 1EU. United Kingdom with a copy of the invoice where possible. Please ensure the goods are sufficiently protected and packaged for their return journey. Once we have received the returned goods and they are checked, we shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods less delivery costs from the order.
If goods need to be returned to us because of a potential fault encountered, they must be returned using Royal Mail 2nd class parcel post. If the cost of this is more than £8.00 please don’t send but contact us to arrange Parcelforce to collect the goods from your address. Returns postage will be reimbursed upon receipt of the goods and confirmation that a fault has been found.
